【Film Coating】

Object online—thermal degreasing—cold degreasing—water cleaning—thermal degreasing—water washing—chemical polishing—water washing—pickling—pickling—water washing—thermal degreasing—water washing—hot water cleansing—coating—water washing—drying—appearance inspection-- QQC Add agent when the concentration is too low. Random inspection is done once every two hours. The concentration is controlled between 12-15 degrees.


【Process of Coating and of Painting】

The paint process as per your die-casting manufacture plans and processing specifications:

1. Grinding: The product surface modification treated to reach completely smooth. 2. Powder coating: To apply static powder coating to cover products forming protection and beauty of the appearance. 3. Baking: Applying high temperature baking conditions to reach bonding of coating resin and form a protective capability upon the beauty of oneness. 4. QC and package: Through the integral product inspection, all products are ensured to meet quality specifications, and finalized with multiple protections for shipments.
