Material of ADC-2, product weight 3.8kg, shaped by an 800-ton cold vacuum die-casting machine, complete manufacturing process covers die-casting—sand blasting—CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement)—deburring—powder paint—QC & shipment. The product is LED cooling module, and to reach 100% thermal efficiency, the fitting surface of LED is required to be 0.1mm.
