Processing method and usage:

Made of material ADC-10, and shaped by an 800-ton cold die-casting machine, the complete manufacturing process covers die-casting—CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement)—deburring—liquid painting (special coating, 3-coat 3-bake) QC & shipment. Being an HD monitor, tolerance for all process is limited to +/-0.01mm.
