Processing method and usage:

Made of material A413, and shaped by a 350-ton cold die-casting machine, the mold designed to be one mold with two cavities to meet productivity capacity. The complete manufacturing process covers die-casting-- CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement) – deburring—anodizing—powder painting—QC & shipment. The product should take 1000 hours of salt spray test.
