Made of material A413, and shaped by a 350-ton cold die-casting machine, the complete manufacturing process covers die-casting—sand deburring—CNC drilling machine—deburring—powder painting—QC & shipment. The width and depth of the fin are 4 mm, and 60mm respectively. The appearance is treated specifically and the fog spread test may be over 1000 hours.
