Processing method and usage:

Made of material ADC-10, and shaped by a 350-ton die-casting machine, the complete manufacturing process covers die-casting—CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement) – deburring – polishing—electroplating – (two-polishing two-plating using shadow plating)—QC & shipment. Being the product of HD monitor, all processing tolerance after plating is required to be +/-0.03mm, assembly gaps to be under +/-0.08mm.
