Made of material ADC-10, and shaped by a 350-ton cold die-casting machine, the complete manufacturing process covers die-casting—CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement) – deburring – polishing—electroplating (two-polishing two-plating) – QC & shipment. Being an auto part, the product after plating is required to meet RoHs and Reach standards.
