Made of material ZA-3, and shaped by a 250-ton cold die-casting machine, the complete manufacturing process covers die-casting—CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement)—deburring—polishing—plating (two-polishing two-plating) – QC & shipm3nt. Being a motorcycle part, the product after plating is required to meet RoHs and Reach standards.
