Processing method and usage:

Made of material ZA-3/Zamak 3/ADC-12, and shaped by a 150-350-ton die-casting machine, the complete manufacturing process covers die-casting – sand blasting—CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement—deburring – anodizing—QC & shipment. As the relevance of integral assembly is crucial to the product, we put strict management onto product processing stability. To date the product CPK of the series reach over 1.33. To avoid abnormal size caused by surface treatments, we adopt anodizing treatment. The assembly gaps and breaks of the product series are controlled at +/-0.03mm.
