Processing method and usage:

Made of material ZA-3/Zamak 3, and shapled by a 350-ton cold die-casting machine, the complete manufacturing process covers die-casting – sand blasting—CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement)—deburring—Nano painting—QC & shipment. Being a consuming electronic device, the product is highly required in appearance, and the product after painting must remain metallic style. All coating materials must be Nano ones and ready-made products be highly similar to those treated with anodizing.
