Made of material ADC-12, shaped by a 250-ton cold vacuum die-casting machine, imported with x-ray regular sampling, complete manufacturing process covers vacuum die-casting—sand blasting—powder paint—CNC milling machine—QC & shipment, average meat thickness of products is 5mm only, and collocated with three dimensional measurement, making tolerance controlled at +/-0.02mm. Made by vacuum die-casting, yield strength, tensile strength, and elongation increase 35% compared to general die-casting.
