Processing method and usage:

nitially the product was produced by way of aluminum extrusion for higher cost and higher attrition rate of molds; later on we tried to produce by way of die-casting, but as innate styling resulted in fragile structure in several places of molds, customers were willing to invest in molds regardless of cost increase. After five times of tests, molds were successfully completed. Made of material ADC-12, shaped by an 800-ton cold vacuum die-casting machine, molds designed in four sliders, imported with x-ray regular sampling, complete manufacturing process covers vacuum die-casting—sand blasting—CNC lathe—powder paint—CNC lathe—CNC milling machine—QC & shipment; The thinnest and deepest shape of products are 8mm X 8mm x 90mm; collocated with three dimensional measurement, tolerance is controlled at +/-0.02mm. Made by vacuum die-casting, yield strength, tensile strength, and elongation increase 35% compared to general die-casting.
