Processing method and usage:

Made of material ADC-12, and shaped by a cold die-casting machine, the complete manufacturing process covers die-casting—CNC lathe processing—CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement)-- deburring – liquid painting -- assemble of lens— air tight test—QC & shipment. As the relevance of integral assembly and waterproof are crucial to the products, we strive to pass the IP65 tests, and strictly control material deformation and processing flatness. The assembly gaps, breaks, and flatness are limited to +/- 0.10mm.
