Processing method and usage:

Made of material ADC-12, and shaped by a 500-ton die-casting machine, the complete manufacturing process covers die-casting – CNC four axis measurement (three dimensional measurement)—deburring – anodizing—powder painting—QC & shipment. The marine searchlights exposing to erosion environments are required to go through 1000 hours of salt spread test, as anodizing treatment and powder painting are adopted.
