Processing method and usage:

Made of material AL6063-T5, the product is produced with aluminum extrusion method, and complete manufacturing process covers aluminum extrusion—CNC lathe processing (three dimensional measurement)—deburring—powder painting—lens assembly—airtight test—QC & shipment. As the relevance of integral assembly and waterproof are crucial to the products, we strive to pass the IP65 tests, and strictly control material deformation and processing flatness. The assembly gaps, breaks, and flatness are limited to +/- 0.10.
