Processing method and usage:

Made of material AL6063-T5, the product is made by way of aluminum extrusion, and the complete manufacturing process covers aluminum extrusion – CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement) – deburring – liquid painting—QC & shipment. As the relevance of integral assembly and waterproof are crucial to the products, we strive to pass the IP65 tests, and strictly control material deformation and processing flatness. The assembly gaps, breaks, and flatness are limited to +/- 0.10mm.
