Processing method and usage:

Made of material of ADC-12, and shaped by a 500-ton cold die-casting machine, the complete manufacturing process covers die-casting—CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement)—deburring – liquid painting—QC & shipment. As the relevance of integral assembly and waterproof are crucial to the products, we did strive to pass IP65 tests, and changed to use liquid painting for appearance. We also strictly control material deformation and processing flatness, maintaining tolerance at +/-0.10mm in assembly gaps, breaks, and flatness.
