Processing method and usage:

Made of material ADC-12, and shaped by a 350-ton die-casting machine, the complete manufacturing process covers die-casting—CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement) – deburring – powder painting – QC & shipment. As the relevance of integral assembly and water proof are crucial to the products, we strive to pass IP65 tests and strictly control material deformation processing flatness. Tolerance of the series is maintained at +/-0.10 in assembly gaps, breaks, and flatness. The white appearance of glossy painting (antibacterial paint) makes the porosity at the die-cast end relatively important, and the products through the auxiliary inspection of X-ray may free from appearing serious sand holes after follow-up painting.
