Processing after die-casting and CNC cutting process
Metals mainly used are zinc, aluminum with specific die-casting metal including ZAMAK, and the following as per international aluminum standards: AA380, AA384, AA386, AA390, and AZ91D magnesium.
The often used in AL-Si-Cu series include ADC12(A383), ADC10(A380) etc,
in addition to Al-Si; Al-Si-Mg; and Al-Mg series.
Features of zinc, aluminum die-casting:
Zinc: Light in texture, great for small parts, besides easy for coating, strong in compressive strength, high plasticity, and durable.
Aluminum: Light in weight, great for precise and thin-wall casting parts, stable in size; corrosion resistance; strong mechanical behavior; high thermal conductivity; high conductivity; and durable in high temperature.
To promote die-casting product quality, the only difficulty of correct positioning in internal structure of molds must be solved. The process is made through CNC precise cutting and compound processing for perfect craft target within margin tolerances.
