For the evaluation of the development quotation of zinc-aluminum die-casting products, the more complete the information provided, the shorter the evaluation time, and the more accurate the evaluation will be.
Information needed before valuing:
1. Provide product drawings or samples of the molds to be opened, there are the following three types:
(1) 3D Drawing file formats include IGS, STP, X_T or SAT files.
(2) 2D Drawing PDF or DWG file.
(3) If none of the above are provided, at least a physical sample is provided.
One of the above 3 kinds is enough, but 3D Drawing is the best.
2. It is best to inform the application of the product, or to be able to clearly describe the features required by the product is the best
We will provide materials and post-processing according to your needs, and ultimately it is up to your developer to make the decision!
3. Requirements for surface treatment of die-casting products:
If the shell wants to have a bright, bright surface, the surface of the mold is polished,
Or the shell is expected to resist abrasion, dirt, and matte mold surfaces.
4. Packaging mode:
Divided into general bulk or special packaging.
Special packaging methods are:
(1) PE bag packaging.
(2) OPP bag packaging.
(3) Bubble bag packaging.
(4) TRAY work plate arrangement.
(5) Separator.
5. Order Quantity:
(1) Monthly usage.
(2) Annual consumption.
Quantity is very different from production cost, and quantity is an important part of valuing a die casting plant.
The cost of the large number of front-end operations is relatively competitive.
