For the finished die-casting parts, we usually reserve a reasonable size for the processing of the basic surface, or perform precision processing, all according to the 3D drawing requirements of the case, and then confirm by two-way comparison before opening the mold.
If you can see traces of thimbles in this picture, this is a reasonable phenomenon. We will arrange the device in an appropriate position, also taking into account the basic surface of the frame, and the details of the production are intertwined. This is the consideration of the engineering department to save materials for you. .

The CNC department individually plans the cut-off program for the die-casting workpieces for reciprocating test run, and then passes the inspection of the quality inspection department to the customer for trial assembly. After going back and forth to ensure the quality without worry, it is placed in the processing schedule.
