Processing and manufacturing service items of aluminum die-casting manufacturers
Mold design and manufacturing:
According to the 2D or 3D product design drawings provided by the customer, suitable die-casting molds are designed and manufactured through mold flow analysis; these molds are usually made of steel and need to have high wear resistance and high temperature resistance.
Aluminum alloy material selection:
Select the appropriate aluminum alloy material based on the characteristics and needs of the product; different alloys have different physical and mechanical properties, such as hardness, corrosion resistance and ductility.
Aluminum die casting:
After the aluminum alloy material is melted, it is injected into the mold at high pressure and formed into the desired product shape after cooling and solidification; this process includes heat treatment to improve the strength and stability of the product.
Precision machining:
Die-cast products may require secondary processing, such as turning, milling, drilling, etc., to achieve higher precision and surface quality.
Surface treatment:
This includes surface treatment processes such as sandblasting, polishing, anodizing and electroplating or powder coating to enhance the appearance and durability of the product.
Quality inspection:
Die casts are inspected and tested to ensure the product meets customer specifications; this may include dimensional inspections, X-rays to detect internal density defects, and strength performance testing.
Packaging and shipping:
According to customer requirements, the completed products are properly packaged and transported to the location designated by the customer.
These service items constitute a complete aluminum die-casting manufacturing process. We are able to manufacture various complex-shaped, high-precision aluminum die-casting parts according to customer needs.
