Die casting process
Every plan needs a suitable process, as every plan has some specific difference. We offer three guaranteed solutions to meet all die casting processes.
Hot Chamber Die Casting Process
Fit best to zinc, part of magnesium or other low melting point alloy. Hot chamber method is great for not-easy metallic cans not easy to corrode, and alloy cylinders, as well as alloy plungers.
Cold Chamber Die Casting Process
Great for metals of high melting point such as aluminum; after liquefaction and put into cold chamber, the plunger controlled by hydraulic pressure pushes the metal into the mold.
Assembly of Injected Parts
The assembly is better than that of glue especially for mini parts, in addition to lowering making cost.
According to the different design attributes of the product, we provide the best mass production plan to arrange mold development, mold trial, sample, and mass production after confirmation. Your monthly or annual consumption can be planned to meet your needs.
