Processing method and usage:

Made of material ADC-12, and shaped by a 350-800 ton cold die-casting machine, the complete manufacturing process covers die-casting—deburring—powder painting—CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement)—QC & shipment. As the relevance of integral assembly and waterproof are crucial to the products, we did strive to pass IP65 tests, Proceed to have CNC machining after painting to ensure sizes not affected by paint thickness. Products of the series are controlled at tolerance at +/-0.10 mm in assembly gaps, breaks, and flatness. As the product is of medical grade, the appearance is finished in powder painting.
