Processing method and usage:

Made of material ADC-12, and shaped by an 800-ton cold die-casting machine, the complete manufacturing process covers die-casting—CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement)—deburring—powder painting—QC & shipment. Being a medical product, it is strictly required that the product equipped with strong resistance of acid/alkali/ and erosion, and that’s why powder coating is adopted for appearance painting.
