Processing method and usage:
Made of material ADC-10, and shaped by a 350-ton cold die-casting machine, the complete of manufacturing process is die-casting—sand blasting – electro-deposited coating—CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement)—supersonic cleansing—QC & shipment. As the optical product is a medical lens module, all processing tolerance is limited to +/-0.01 mm.
