Processing method and usage:

Made of material ADC-12, and shaped by a 350-ton cold die-casting machine, the complete manufacturing process covers die-casting—CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement)—deburring—powder painting—QC & shipment. As the relevance of integral assembly and water proof are crucial to the products, we strive to pass the IP65 tests, and strictly control material deformation and processing flatness. Tolerance of the series of products in assemble gaps, breaks, and flatness is controlled at +/-0.10mm
