Processing method and usage:

Made of material ADC-12, and shaped by a 500-ton cold die-casting machine, the complete manufacturing process covers die-casting—CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement) –deburring – film treatment(Surtec 650)—powder painting—QC & shipment. As the relevance of integral assembly and waterproof are crucial to the products, we strive to pass the IP65 tests, and strictly control material deformation and processing flatness. The assembly gaps, breaks, and flatness are limited to +/- 0.10mm. As the products are for outdoor uses, the erosion resistance is strictly required of. The film treatment with German chemical (Surtec 650), and the powder painting is resistant to over 500 hours of salt spread test.
