Processing method and usage:

Material of ADC-12, shaped by a 350-ton cold die-casting machine, and complete manufacturing process covers die-casting—sand blasting—CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement) deburring—assembly—CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement)—liquid paint—QC & shipment. As the relevance of integral assembly is crucial, all parts are required to be processed and assembled in place, and for consistency of appearance, another CNC shape processing is needed, and CNC does the liquid paint treatment. The breaks and gaps of the product series may be controlled at +/-0.05mm.
