Processing method and usage:

Material of ADC-12, shaped by a 500-ton cold die-casting machine, and complete manufacturing process covers die-casting—CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement) – deburring—liquid paint—QC shipment. As the relevance of integral assembly and waterproof are very important, we did strive to pass IP65 tests and strictly control material deformation and processing flatness. Products of the series are controlled at +/-0.10 in assembly gaps, breaks, and flatness.
