Material of ADC-12, shaped by an 800-ton cold die-casting, the complete manufacturing process covers die-casting-- CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement)--deburring-- liquid paint--QC & shipment．As relevance of integral assembly and waterproof are very important, we did strive to pass IP65 tests and strictly control material deformation and processing flatness, making products of the series controlled at tolerance of +/-0.10mm in assembly gaps, breaks, and flatness.
