Material of ADC-12, shaped by a 350-ton cold die-casting machine, the complete manufacturing process covers die-casting—sand blasting—CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement) – deburring – electroplating (electro-less nickel plating)—assembly—CNC four axis measurement (three dimensional measurement)—liquid paint—QC & shipment. Ad relevance of integral assembly is very important, all parts are required to be processed and assembled in place. And for consistency of appearance, another CNC shape processing is needed, and CNC does the job of liquid paint.
