Processing method and usage:

Material of ADC-12, shaped by an 800-ton cold die-casting machine, the complete manufacturing process is die--casting-- CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement)—deburring—liquid paint—QC & shipment. As relevance of integral assembly and waterproof are crucial, we did strive to pass the IP65 tests and strictly control material deformation and processing flatness, tolerance is controlled at +/-0.10 mm in assembly gaps, breaks, and flatness.
