Material of ADC-12, shaped by a 500-ton cold die-casting machine, and complete manufacturing process covers die-casting—CNC four axis machining(three dimensional measurement)—deburring—Powder paint—QC & shipment. For cost consideration, appearance is treated with powder paint to cover the innate defects of sand holes out of aluminum alloy.
