Processing method and usage:

Made of material QADC-12, and shaped by a 500-ton cold die-casting machine, the complete manufacturing process covers die-casting—CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement) – deburring—liquid painting—QC & shipment. As the relevance of integral assembly and waterproof are crucial to the products, we did strive to pass the IP65 tests and strictly control material deformation and processing within tolerance of +/-0.10mm in assembly gaps, breaks, and flatness.
