Processing method and usage:

Made of material ADC-12, and shaped by a 500-ton cold die-casting machine, the complete manufacturing process covers die-casting—CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement)—deburring – liquid painting – QC & shipment. As the relevance of integral assembly and waterproof are crucial to the products, we did strive to pass the IP65 tests, and we changed to use liquid painting for appearance. We strictly control material deformation and processing flatness, maintaining tolerance at tolerance of +/-0.10 mm in assembly gaps, breaks, and flatness.
