Made of material ADC-12, shaped by an 800-ton die-casting machine, the complete manufacturing process covers die-casting—CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement)—deburring—powder painting—QC & shipment. The appearance is treated with glossy black piano lacquer, three coats three bakes. We strive for perfection in premier stage to ensure mirror effect in the finish.
