Processing method and usage:

Made of material ADC-12, and shaped by a 350-ton cold die-casting machine, the complete manufacturing process covers die-casting – CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement)—deburring—powder painting—QC & shipment. Based on cost consideration, the appearance coating changed to be powder painting, using the powder paint to cover innate defects of sand holes out of aluminum alloy.
