Processing method and usage:

  Material of ADC-12, shaped by a 350-ton cold vacuum die-casting machine, complete manufacturing process covers die-casting—sand blasting—CNC four axis machining(three dimensional measurement) –deburring—electroplating (electro-less nickel plating)—assembly—CNC four axis machining (three dimensional measurement) – liquid paint—QC & shipment. As relevance of integral assembly of products is crucial, before assembly all parts are required to be processed and assembled in place, and after assembly CNC appearance processing is a must, while CNC does the job of liquid paint treatment.   The assembly gap and break of the product series may be controlled at tolerance of +/-0.05mm.
